For the year ended 30 June 2018

This is for information of all concerned that the Annual Report 2017-2018 of M.L. Dyeing Limited including its Annual audited financial statements, Directors’ Report, Notice of 17^th Annual General Meeting; Report of the Audit Committee; Report, Certificates and Status of compliance on Corporate Governance Code; Proxy From and Attendance Slip, etc. have been published in its website www.mldyeing.com linked with the Dhaka Stock Exchange Limited and the Chittagong Stock Exchange Limited.

The Annual Report with stated documents have also been sent to the e-mail address of the shareholders as have been found available in their BO Accounts with the Depository.

As per Notification of BSEC dated 20 June 2018, the interested shareholders may collect the Annual Report from office of the company by submitting written request beforehand or from AGM venue.
